Anything and everything sourdough, please.

Yields1 Serving

 sourdough toast
 over easy boiled eggs
 herb & garlic cream cheese
 roma tomatoes
 avocados
 goat cheese
 fresh dill
 sea salt
 pepper
 red onions
Optional
 chili flakes
 sriracha
 chili oil
Balsamic Glaze
 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp honey
½ tsp brown sugar or syrup

1

Boil the eggs for 5 minutes only. Once done, place the eggs into an ice bath for 5-10 minutes. Once you peel them, they should be over easy and runny still. Use an egg slicer or slice them with a knife.

2

Toast your bread. Spread the cream cheese. Spread your avocados. You can also use a fork to turn them into a spread on your toast if you like. Place your tomatoes, red onions, eggs and then your goat cheese and dill. You can use any herbs really. Drizzle the toasts with the balsamic glaze which will add a nice kick and mix nicely with the goat cheese, my guests were in love with this! I like a kick of spice so I added chili flakes. Enjoy.
