Hello everyone! If you are looking to order meal prep, please read the information below on how it works.
The menu changes weekly and it is always prepared fresh every Sunday or Monday with delivery being the same day between 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM.
Each week we will post the menu on Mondays at 9 AM here and on Instagram/Facebook. The deadline to order is by 9 AM every Friday. Please ensure you read the delivery information PRIOR to ordering. Click here to read.
You will only see one menu to choose from. For custom meal prep orders, please click here for information.
The minimum order amount is 4 MEALS for anything under 20 km and anything over 20 KM it is 6 meals minimum.
Dishes run out quick, so we recommend getting your order in quickly.
The link to the order form will always be in that post along with the link to delivery fees, macros, delivery/pickup information such as how we deliver and times etc.
The deadline to order is by Friday as we need to finalize orders and get your groceries to start prep. We may sell out a lot sooner and the best way to stay up to date on this is on our Instagram page once sold out, the order form will be turned off. Please follow us on instagram: @cookingwithshaina
The cost of each dish includes tax.
We use google forms and take payment via E-Transfer or Credit Card payments via our payment system which is Stripe. There is a $1.00 fee for any credit card payments as of October 1st.
Your order IS NOT CONFIRMED until we respond with to your order form with the total AND we receive your PAYMENT.
Many people place an order but do not send payment and then cancel. This is why we cannot prep your order without receiving your payment first.
Sometimes we change the day of prep due to other commitments such as catering or events.
We may do your delivery the following day after prep if your address is not on our typical delivery route. We will check with you to confirm the date prior to accepting your order.
Please note that certain items in the meals can be substituted at our discretion in case of item unavailability. Example: substituting romaine lettuce for iceberg lettuce OR peas instead of beans etc. We aim to keep it within the same nutritional value and same food group as we are aware of common allergies, any allergies you noted in your order and certain dietary needs.

There are no refunds unless something was incorrectly made or wrong in your meal and we always encourage feedback and your thoughts on the meals.
