A lot of you are on the go or consuming these meals at work/school. Many of the dishes are healthy, fresh bowls with raw veggies in them and stuff you don’t want to reheat like tomatoes or lettuce!

We recommend taking them out onto the lid and heating the rest up in the container OR if there are less toppings to heat up like just the meat, cheese and corn etc, then place it onto the lid and heat it up!

If you’re like me and you want to eat warm rice and most of the veggies warm, just take out the raw veggies you don’t want to heat and set it aside onto the lid while you heat the rest up in the container.

Most dishes should be heated up for 90 seconds, depending on how powerful your microwave is.
