My cousin's husband refused to eat eggs for breakfast but now craves this because it's simply delish, I guarantee you'll love it!

 1 loaf of sourdough bread
 6 eggs
 1 large avocado
 2 tbsp mayo, add more if it seems too dry
 1 tsp sriracha
 1 tsp spicy mustard or dijon mustard
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp sea salt
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp chilli flakes
 ¼ cup shredded cheese
 ¼ cup chopped green onions

 3 tbsp almond flour
 1 tbsp butter
 1 large egg
 1 pinch baking soda

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Place into cold water when done and allow to cool. After peeling, place into a bowl with the mayo, green onions and seasonings. Mix with a fork until fully mashed.

Spread the bread with butter or mayo. Slice up the avocados and place them onto the bread. Spread the mashed eggs on top and finish it off with some salt pepper and cheese!

Bake for 15 minutes and broil for a few minutes on high at the end and it's done! A simply delicious and easy breakfast for you and/or your guests! This one is a big hit.

Melt the butter in a mug in the microwave. Once melted, swirl it around the cup to avoid the bun from sticking to the cup. Next, add the flour, baking soda and egg to the bowl (You can also add shredded cheese to the mixture which I usually do when I bake the buns) Mix ingredients in the mug and microwave for 90 seconds and done! Enjoy.
