Below is a list of custom meals we offer if you are not interested in the Monday menu. You are able to choose from any of the meals below and customize if you need to. The meals can be made on some Wednesdays, every Thursday and some Friday AMs.

HOT HONEY CHIPOTLE BOWL OR CRISPY TOFU – I created this marinade with organic honey, high quality hot sauce and some of the low sodium Dan-Os chipotle seasoning! Our secret ingredient makes this marinade a favourite. Grilled chicken thighs paired with rice, peppers, lettuce, cucumbers, corn & cheese! Comes with a side of creamy chipotle yogurt mayo!

**SESAME HONEY CHICKEN BUDDHA BOWL OR CRISPY TOFUThis sesame honey marinated chicken is paired with edamame, cucumber, carrots, red peppers & lettuce! Layered over rice and topped off with peanuts & green onions! Comes with a side of our famous gomae sauce

BBQ CHICKEN SUSHI BOWL OR CRISPY TOFU – These perfectly BLACKENED BBQ tender chicken thighs are delicious in this sushi bowl! Comes with edamame, cooked broccoli, fresh carrots, cucumbers, green onions, nori, sesame seeds all over rice and a side of our sesame soy sauce or gomae sauce! Tofu is baked and crispy, marinated with BBQ sauce as well

**HONEY CHIPOTLE BURRITO BOWLHave this honey chipotle ground turkey/chicken/beef OR with thighs/breasts in a bowl with rice or a wrap! Comes with your choice of meat, beans, lettuce, peppers, cheese, red onions and a delicious honey chipotle sauce made with adobo peppers and agave! *Have this in a wrap if desired*

**CHIPOTLE OR GREEK GYRO WRAP – Your choice of wrap. Each wrap comes with tender pieces of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber & cheese. The chipotle wrap will also come with beans and chipotle sauce & the greek wrap will also come with olives and garlic tzatziki. All toppings on the side so you can fill it into your easy to fold pita wrap when you are ready to consume! This is to avoid a soggy wrap. HONEY LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN – Honey and lemon is a perfect combo but when you add garlic, it’s superior! This bomb marinade goes over thighs and is served over creamy mashed yams and a side of steamed broccoli

CHICKEN KATSU CURRY – A Japanese classic made with my own twist! Crispy pieces of chicken baked until golden. Paired with a curry sauce which includes potatoes & carrots on top and served over jasmine rice

**CLEAN TERIYAKI CHICKEN STIR FRY – Tender pieces of chicken thighs sauteed with peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots, bok choy, & green onions and my delicious clean teriyaki sauce! Served over jasmine rice & topped off with sesame seeds & more green onions

NASHVILLE HOT HONEY BBQ CHICKEN – My take on Nashville chicken! Tender and juicy hot honey bbq chicken thighs served over creamy mashed potatoes and roasted glazed carrots. Can’t go wrong with this dish!

TANDOORI CHICKEN & ROASTED CAULIFLOWER – Tender thighs baked with a tandoori marinade, served with roasted cauliflower and a tomato chutney salad! Comes with a side of garlic yogurt sauce

**BBQ CHICKEN & FRIED RICE – Takeout at home! Jasmine rice tossed with mixed vegetables, green onions, garlic, ginger, onions giving it a delicious umami flavour! Served with BBQ chicken bone in thighs

LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN KABOBS – Tender and juicy lemon garlic kabobs! Paired with mashed yams and green beans instead of the usual peppers that kabobs come with in order to make this dish low carb and healthier for you with the same DELICIOUS TASTE! Comes with a side of tzatiki sauce

SPICY CHILI – If you had this the first time we made it, you’ll know it was PACKED with HEAT! We have changed the recipe to be less spicy so more can enjoy! Special recipe by our Nutritionist! Cooked for hours with ground turkey, kidney beans, jalapenos, tomatoes and onions! Topped off with cheese and green onions with a side of sour cream

HAWAIIAN CHICKEN – Tender chicken thighs infused with a delicious pineapple marinade served like a poke bowl! Paired with jasmine rice, shredded carrots, cucumbers, lettuce and green onions! Topped off with sesame seeds, a lime wedge and more of the delicious marinade. Nothing like a fresh and healthy bowl

**CHICKEN PARM – One of my signature dishes! Breaded chicken breast baked until tender, topped with a garlic marinara sauce and cheese. Layered over creamy, mashed potatoes and a side of roasted broccoli. Opt for garlic butter noodles instead of the potatoes and broccoli

**SHEPHERD’S PIE – A delicious and simple comforting dish! Creamy and delicious garlic dill mashed yams layered with a ground chicken or turkey mix including onions, peas and carrots. Baked to perfection!

**CAJUN CHICKEN ALFREDO – Linguine pasta tossed with my CREAMY alfredo sauce & cajun seasoning! Diced chicken breast mixed in along with diced tomatoes & mushrooms topped off with fresh parsley & lemon

**SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE – A warm and classic dish, perfect for the fall season! Lean ground turkey, chicken or beef cooked and simmered for hours in my tomato sauce with onions, carrots,. garlic & spices. Served over spaghetti and topped off with parsley! *Recommended with beef*

**CHICKEN PARM & SPAGHETTI – A classic! Crispy breaded chicken breast baked with mozzarella cheese then layered over garlic butter spaghettini and marinara sauce. Topped off with fresh parsley. The best classic dish to have on a chilly fall day!

**LASAGNA SOUP – It went viral and we loved it! Now it’s your turn to try – this thick and creamy lasagna soup is filled with ground turkey, lasagna noodles, a thick and creamy sauce and lots of cheese to make it a delicious, creamy lasagna soup. Nothing like you’ve ever had before!

GARLIC BUTTER SPAGHETTINI – A FAVOURITE OF MINE! This is for all of you veggie lovers! Spaghettini skinny noodles tossed with lots of garlic, butter, parm and some mushrooms for the PERFECT pasta dish. A slight kick of heat from the chilli flakes topped off with parsley and lemon zest for the perfect balance! Topped off with a garlic herb or Cajun chicken breast but can have this without protein.

PROTEIN PEANUT NOODLES – While I was seeing a personal trainer, these protein packed noodles were my FAV! Low in cals but HIGH in protein! My special peanut sauce tossed with vermicelli noodles then topped off with fresh carrots, cucumbers, green onions & peanuts to top it off! Have it with sesame seasoned chicken thighs or without – still a protein filled dish either way!

STUFFED MEATBALLS & MARINARA – SPINACH & CHEESE STUFFED TURKEY or CHICKEN MEATBALLS layered over spaghetti noodles and my signature slow cooked marinara sauce! Topped off with parsley and parmesan
