Simple and easy blackened chicken breast cooked in 5-6 minutes!

Protein
 2 chicken breasts
Spices
 ½ tsp maldon salt (any salt works)
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp cajun (optional)
 ½ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp cumin
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp olive oil

Marinade the chicken with the spices and the tiny bit of oil. The key to get the chicken blackened is to sear it in a dry pan on high heat for a few minutes on each side. Depending on how thick your breast is, it should only take 2-3 minutes to cook each side. Enjoy!
