I’M BACK! If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that I announced I am meal prepping again except this time I have a business partner! He is a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer – Chad Zapfe.
The meal prep menu for the week of March 5th is below at the very end of this thread.
The menu will change weekly which will feature some of my signature dishes. You will see some of the most popular dishes appear again each week.
Must order a minimum of 6 meals. To order, please email hello@cookingwithshaina.com with the meals you want order, how many of each, what type of rice and what type of meat for the ones that have multiple options. Please notify us of any allergies. I will give you your total and then you can e-transfer the funds.
I do not charge taxes currently but there is a delivery fee of $7.
E-TRANSFER ONLY. Pickup is free. I am located in Langley, just 2 minutes away from where Cactus Club, Olive Garden & all the major stores are.
Delivery is Sunday between 4-9 PM. Please ensure someone is available to take the meals as they will arrive anytime between then. If no one is available, we can leave the meals outside your door and you can leave a cooler outside for us to place the meals in. We will text you 20-30 minutes prior to arrival.
The deadline to order is this Friday by 12 pm in order to have your meals ready for Sunday delivery/pickup. Your payment and emailed order must be received by then as we have to purchase the groceries and items in order to make your meals. There are NO exceptions to this, pre-payment is the only way to get your meals.
There are no refunds but I encourage feedback and your thoughts on the meals. I take constructive criticism very well, so please let me know if you think there is anything that can be done to elevate the meals!
