 ¾ stick of butter
 2 tbsp oyster sauce

 handful of green onions
 1 tbsp chili flakes (optional)

Video tutorial available on my highlights on Instagram and TikTok.

2

Boil your noods and melt half a stick of butter in another pot over medium heat.

3

Mince a whole bulb of garlic. Yes, a whole bulb! Add the minced garlic into the melted butter. It would be best to ensure this is prepared before the butter starts to melt and burn if you let it sit for too long.

4

Saute garlic until golden and fragrant.

5

In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and sugar.

6

Add the mixture into the pot and mix well. Taste it. If it's too salty like mine was, add more sugar and mix it well while it simmers.

7

Add in the white pepper and chili flakes.

8

Allow everything to simmer on medium low heat for 4-5 minutes so the sauce thickens a little.

9

Next, add in your noodle, the rest of the butter and mix well.

10

You can turn the heat off at this point and add in the green onions. Next, indulge! Enjoy!
