1 lb lean ground beef
¼ cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for keto friendly
2 small eggs or 1 large egg
1 small diced onion (use less onion for keto friendly)
2 tbsp minced garlic
½ cup shredded cheese (any kind)
¼ cup green onions or parsley
1 tbsp bbq sauce (don't add if you want keto burgers)
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well and let it sit overnight or for as long as you can for more flavour. Form patties.

Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet and cook for 3-4 mins on each side.

The keto bun can be made in 90 seconds in the microwave. Combine 1 egg, 2 tbsp of almond flour, 2 tbsp of shredded cheese, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of melted butter in a mug. Heat for 90 seconds and then toast them for your burgers. Enjoy.
